Get Ripped Kickboxing

Get ripped kickboxing is a fitness kickboxing class designed to shed away the fat and build muscle while also improving your technique and endurance. We use the best techniques and combinations in the sport of kickboxing in a high intensity atmosphere. This class is a great way to build a solid foundation in kickboxing through fluid body mechanics and muscle memory. The class is developed for all different level’s, from beginners to the most advanced fighters. The instructor displays the techniques and you execute it on a heavy bag or pads at your own pace. We analyze your performance and make corrections if necessary to help you perform at your highest potential.

Intermediate Kickboxing

Intermediate kickboxing is a step up from our GRK class. This class focuses on improving your KB skills using specific combinational drills and sparring at a light and easy pace. We navigate deferent styles to help you adjust to deferent situations so you could improve your understanding of the sport. This class is a great way to build your confidence and become more comfortable using your skills in a live sparring session.  

Advanced Kickboxing

Advanced Kickboxing is high level KB class created to help prepare you to perform at your optimal level in a fight. Students taking this class should have a complete arsenal, understanding how to protect you self through defensive strategies and offensive attacks. This class consists of psychological techniques to manipulate an opponent. The class also incorporates drilling techniques and free sparring which is meant to help students act and react to strikes using speed while keeping the power off your strikes. Understanding that our main concern is to get each other better and not hurt each other is a significant part of our program. 

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (basic & intermediate)

This class is created for beginners and experienced students. We begin all jujitsu classes with a 15 min warm up that incorporates all the major movements needed for this discipline. Mastering these movements will help you become more fluid in the sport. Our techniques in this class are developed to help a beginner get going or to keep the experienced sharp. We focus on drilling basic techniques and positional sparing as well as free sparring in this class.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (intermediate & advanced)

BJJ advanced, is a higher level class that introduces advanced techniques and free sparring. This class focuses on a longer and more intense warm-up, the what if factor, and longer free sparring rounds. This class will get you in incredible shape, improving flexibility, muscular strength, and muscular endurance while also improving your overall game./

Judo & Wrestling

This class incorporates techniques from both judo and wrestling. We focus on takedowns and grappling using a few techniques but mastering them in deferent situations. This discipline is extremely important in MMA and shouldn’t be overlooked. We also train takedown defense as well as counters to help improve your overall skills.

Boxing

The boxing class is a great way to help you improve your hand skills. We focus on just the art of boxing, training the basics to the most advanced techniques in the sweet science. This class includes shadow boxing, pad work, and heavy bag work.

Tae Kwon Do & MMA:

Kicking techniques of Tae Kwon Do will be integrated into other classes like kickboxing to optimize the use of numerous amazing kicks.  Advanced Tae Kwon Do and MMA students will combine different disciplines that are geared to produce a well rounded fighter that can utilize different powers of various disciplines in fighting sports.

Our program is tailored to accommodate all levels from 6 year old kids, teenagers, working moms and dad to adult fighters. It’s a great way to keep fit, stay healthy and control weight.
