Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

For beginners and experienced students.  We begin all jiu jitsu classes with a 15-minute warm-up that incorporates all major movements needed for this discipline.  Mastering these movements will help you become more fluid.  Our techniques in this class are developed to help a beginner get going or to keep the experienced sharp.  We focus on drilling basic techniques and positional sparing, as well as free sparring.
