Kids Classes

All Mixed Martial Arts are offered to children and teenagers. The discipline developed when you train MMA helps your kids develop a stronger sense of effort and this has been proven to collaborate at academic levels.

Kickboxing:

This class focuses on improving your skills using specific combinational drills and sparring at a light and easy pace.  We navigate various styles to help you adjust to different situations so you could improve your understanding of the sport.  This class is a great way to build your confidence and become more comfortable using your skills in a live sparring session.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu:

For beginners and experienced students.  We begin all jujitsu classes with a 15-minute warm-up that incorporates all major movements needed for this discipline.  Mastering these movements will help you become more fluid.  Our techniques in this class are developed to help a beginner get going or to keep the experienced sharp.  We focus on drilling basic techniques and positional sparing, as well as free sparring.  

Judo & Wrestling:

This class incorporates techniques from both judo and wrestling.  We focus on takedowns and grappling using a few techniques but mastering them in deferent situations.  This discipline is extremely important in MMA and shouldn't be overlooked.  We also train takedown defense as well as counters to help improve your overall skills.  

Tae Kwon Do:

In this class students will experience the effectiveness of Tae Kwon Do that comes from the development of body flexibility and fluid movements combined with pure strength. Students can gain ultimate use of their body’s facilities through intensive physical and mental training. Taekwondo has no equal in either power or technique.

In this class students will learn the proper starting position, execution, rotation, direction and ending position to help them develop high quality techniques that include both offensive and defensive techniques. To achieve excellent kicking technique, movements of the foot must be combined with proper body posture. The class will be mostly focused on drills to master offensive and defensive techniques in preparation for the intermediate and eventually the advanced level of true sparring.

The ultimate stage is the true sparring, the reflexive response against unexpected or unplanned attack, which is an important part of tournaments where students exhibit their skills in a safe, controlled competitive environment against multiple opponents.

Taw Kwon Do & MMA:

Kicking techniques of Tae Kwon Do will be integrated into other classes like kickboxing to optimize the use of numerous amazing kicks.  Advanced Tae Kwon Do and MMA students will combine different disciplines that are geared to produce a well rounded fighter that can utilize different powers of various disciplines in fighting sports.

Our program is tailored to accommodate all levels from 6 year old kids, teenagers, working moms and dad to adult fighters. It’s a great way to keep fit, stay healthy and control weight.
